Herd about lucky eagle and decided to give it a shot. First poker room is brand new very nice chairs and tables. Went to sign in desk after about 10min the floor person showed up they had 3 tables running at 6pm 1 1-2 nlh and 2 3-6 limit I got on the nlh table list was told probably be about 30min aftef an hour inwas still 4 down with 10 on the list I asked about starting another table was told not enough intrest by new floor person so I got on the 3-6 list and got a seat about 15 min floor lady was too busy playing an employee game to pay attention to tables as there were several calls for her that delayed tables. This of course caused a problem for me they were running high hand for the hour. At about 8:15 I got an aces over queens so I had high hand at 9:00 dealers trade out but floor person is still ingrossed in that previously mentioned employees game didnt call the high hand and sure enough another table hits quads after a disscussion she says since she never called the hour. She gave the money to the quads. Which everybody at my table said I got screwed I was upset played the next hand and then cashed out. Dealers were nice. Room was brand new. Floor person should be fired never seen a floor act like her, money aside. One other problem I had is spanish being spoken all over the table but this is right across the border.
